ADSO appoints new executive director

The ADSO, a non-profit international dental trade association supporting over 13,000 dentists worldwide appoints a new Executive Director.

The Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) announced that effective August 27th, 2018, Christopher Badgley will serve as the industry association’s new Executive Director.

Chris brings more than 30 years of experience. After working in sales and marketing, Chris led the state government affairs function at Pfizer. He later moved to the industry trade association Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). Mr. Badgley then served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Policy & State Government Affairs at CompTIA. He then worked on member recruitment and retention as Senior Director of Public Policy and Government Affairs at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.

Chris has also served on several of the advocacy and public affairs professions’ executive committees and advisory boards.

“We are very excited to have Chris join our team. His background in both healthcare and association management will be a significant asset and will allow us to expand our support of member companies and in turn, access to affordable dental care,” said ADSO President, Michael Bileca.
