Aspen Dental Management, Inc. appoints four new vice presidents

Aspen Dental Management, Inc. announced today that it has hired four new vice presidents over the previous three months.

Today Aspen Dental Management, Inc. announced that it has hired four senior leaders over the past few months. Three out of the four will be based in the company’s new Chicago Practice Support Center, which opened in June.

“The addition of a Practice Support Center based in Chicago helps us continue to grow our already strong team as we capitalize on the hotbed of talent in the Windy City,” said Bob Fontana, chairman and CEO of Aspen Dental Management, Inc. “Since the beginning, our growth has been grounded in our investment in our people, and this continued focus will ensure we build upon our leadership position in the rapidly changing dentistry space.”

The company filled the following positions:

Ekow Mensah
Vice President, Insight, Strategy & Innovation

He previously spent more than 15 years with Proctor & Gamble, as well as Abbott Laboratories. In this new role, Mr. Mensah will be responsible for leading the development of product-line and service innovation, as well as working alongside colleagues to bring patient insights to the forefront as the company continues to work with supported doctors to reinvent the end-to-end patient experience.


Brian Mueller
Vice President, Call Center Operations

Mr. Mueller comes to Aspen after having managed a start-up high-volume, multi-location call center that produced 65+ million outbound calls and received 3+ million inbound calls, as well as 350,000 live chats annually. In this new role at Aspen, Mr. Mueller will provide leadership to the managers, team leaders and associates that help patients get the care they need.


Melissa Pruessing
Vice President of Channel Strategy & Planning

Ms. Pruessing has twenty years of experience in creating marketing and media plans across traditional and new media channels. She has prior brand and agency experience with eBay, ALDI, Spring, Sears, Walgreens and Whirlpool. In this new role, Ms. Pruessing and her team will be responsible for developing and executing integrated channel strategies across paid and owned media channels.


Erin Wozniak
Vice President, Recruitment Marketing

Ms. Wozniak is a marketer with more than twenty years of experience in talent brand agency work. Before joining Aspen she was with Shaker Recruitment Marketing where she managed the relationship with Encompass Health. In her new position, Ms. Wozniak will be responsible for employer brand management and recruitment strategy for both Aspen Dental Management, Inc. and Aspen Dental supported offices.


Aspen Dental-branded practices are approaching the 700 office mark. Aspen Dental has practices in 38 states and cared for more than 1.7 million patients in 2017.
